第48卷第3期Vol.48No.3FORGING&STAMPINGTECHNOLOGY2023年3月Mar.2023基于滑块轻量化设计的减振研究韩经伟,丁武学,孙宇,王敏,刘永昕(南京理工大学机械工程学院,江苏南京210094)摘要:为了降低机械压力机的振动、提高工件质量,对压力机的曲柄滑块机构产生的惯性力特点进行分析,得出滑块质量是影响惯性力的主要因素之一。以减轻滑块质量、降低等效惯性力为目标,在不影响滑块强度和刚度的情况下,利用ANSYSWorkbench的拓扑优化板块对滑块进行拓扑优化分析,通过仿真分析得出优化前后滑块的质量降低了16%,验证了该方法的可行性。同时,建立了压力机单自由度系统振动模型,以机身振动响应为目标,分析比较滑块拓扑优化前后的振动响应曲线。结果表明:滑块拓扑优化前后最大振动幅值降低了14.3%,验证了该方法的可靠性,能够为机械压力机的减振提供一定的参考。关键词:曲柄滑块机构;惯性力;拓扑优化;振动响应;减振DOI:10.13330/j.issn.1000-3940.2023.03.025中图分类号:TG315.5+1文献标志码:A文章编号:1000-3940(2023)03-0175-05VibrationreductionresearchbasedonlightweightdesignofsliderHanJingwei,DingWuxue,SunYu,WangMin,LiuYongxin(SchoolofMechanicalEngineering,NanjingUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Nanjing210094,China)Abstract:Inordertoreducethevibrationofmechanicalpressandimprovethequalityofworkpiece,thecharacteristicsofinertiaforceproducedbyslidercrankmechanismofpresswereanalyzed.Andtheresultshowsthatthemassofsliderisoneofthemainfactorsaffect-ingthemagnitudeofinertiaforce.Then,withthegoalofreducingthemassofsliderandtheequivalentinertiaforce,withoutaffectingthestrengthandstiffnessofslider,thetopologyoptimizationanalysisofthesliderwascarriedoutbyusingthetopologyoptimizationmoduleofANSYSWorkbench.Andthroughsimulationanalysis,itisfoundthatthemassofsliderbeforeandafteroptimizationisreducedby16%,whichverifiesthefeasibilityofthismethod.Atthesametime,thevibrationmodelofsingle-degree-of-freedomsystemforpresswasestab-lished,andtakingthevibrationresponseoffuselageastheobjective,thevibrationresponsecurvesofsliderbeforeandafterthesliderto-pologyoptimizationwereanalyzedandcompared.Theresultsshowthatthemaximumvibrationamplitudeisreducedby14.3%beforeandaftertheslidertopo...
