临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期Effectsofnursinginterventionbasedontheintegratedtheoryofhealthbehaviorchangecombinedwithmodifiedcoldtherapyinstrumentonpainmedium,rehabilitationexerciseenthusiasmandcopingstyleofpatientswithanklefracturesLINingning1,ZHANGYan2*(1.theThirdHospitalofYulin,Yulin719000;2.XianyangCentralHospital,Xianyang712000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsofnursinginterventionbasedontheintegratedtheoryofhealthbehaviorchangecombinedwithmodifiedcoldtherapyinstrumentonpainmedium,rehabilitationexerciseenthusiasmandcopingstyleofpatientswithanklefractures.MethodsAtotalof80patientswithanklefracturesadmittedinourhospitalfromJune2020toJune2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Thepatientswererandomlydividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupbylotterymethod,with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursingintervention,andtheobservationgroupwasgivennursinginterventionbasedontheintegrationtheoryofhealthbehaviorchangecombinedwithmodifiedcoldtherapyinstrumentonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thelevelsof5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)andprostaglandinE2(PGE2)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).After1monthofintervention,thescoresofpositivebehaviorandrehabilitationnursingcooperationintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthescoreofabandonmentbehaviorwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).After1monthofintervention,thefacingscoreoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andtheavoidingandyieldingscoreswerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionThenursinginterventionbasedontheintegratedtheoryofhealthbehaviorchangecombinedwithmodifiedcoldtherapyinstrumentcanreducethepainofpatientswithanklefracture,promotetherehabilitationexerciseenthusiasmandimprovethecopingstyle,whichisworthyofpromotion.KEYWORDS:integratedtheoryofhealthbehaviorchange;modifiedcoldtherapyinstrument;anklefracture;painmedium;rehabilitationexercisee...
