第39卷第2期2023年2月电网与清洁能源PowerSystemandCleanEnergyVol.39No.2Feb.2023智能电网SmartGrid——————————基金项目:国网西藏电力有限公司科技项目(SGXZJY00-JHJS2000048);国家自然科学基金项目(61773309;62103321)。ProjectSupportedbytheScience&TechnologyProgramofStateGridTibetElectricPowerCo.,Ltd.(SGXZJY00JHJS2000048);theNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina(61773309;62103321).ABSTRACT:Toimprovethesystemreliability,arobustmethodforplanningenergystoragestationsisproposed.Arapidevaluationalgorithmfornodalreliabilityimportanceisproposedtoformcandidatenodesfortheplanning.Atwo-stagerobustplanningmodelforenergystorageplantsisconstructed.TheN-kuncertaintysetisusedtomodelline-outagescenarios.Throughthecapacityplanning,thesystemisscheduledwiththeminimizationofthepowerlossundertheworstline-outagescenario.Withdifferentassumptions,theplanningmodelissolvedefficientlybyathree-levelsmethod.ThemethodistestedbyanexampleofanactualnetworkinTibet.Theresultsshowthattheproposedmethodcanidentifythekeynodesaccuratelyandtheenergystorageplanplaysacrucialroleintheimprovementofsystemreliability.Comparedwithexistingmethods,theproposedmethodachieveshigherreliabilitybenefits.KEYWORDS:powerdistributionnetwork;energystorageplanning;powersupplyreliability;nodalimportance;robustoptimization摘要:面向可靠性提升,提出基于节点可靠性重要度评估的配网储能规划方法。综合源-荷关系、节点负荷及供能关键性等要素,提出基于供电可靠性的节点重要度快速评估算法,形成储能接入候选节点集,构建基于2阶段鲁棒优化的储能规划模型。考虑配电网故障不确定性,采用“N-k”不确定集来表征断线故障场景,并在最差故障场景与重要节点集约束作用下实现系统整体失负荷电量的最小化;针对不同故障假设,提出2类3层优化求解策略,支撑鲁棒储能规划模型的高效求解。西藏某地区实际配电网的算例结果表明,所提方法能够准确辨识对供电可靠性提升起到关键作用的节点,并给出具有强风险承受力的储能配置方案。相较2种对比方法,所提储能规划方法的可靠性收益更高。关键词:配电网;储能规划;供电可靠性;节点重要度;鲁棒优化配电网就像电网的“神经末梢”,...
