������������学术论文Academicpapers粘接研究报告专论弹性纤维联合流动树脂在前牙缺失粘合修复中的应用段丽娜，李雅丽，董世涛，于波（承德市口腔医院，河北承德067000）摘要：探讨弹性纤维联合流动树脂在前牙缺失粘合修复中的应用，根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，用弹性纤维联合流动树脂进行修复治疗的为观察组，用传统的流动树脂进行修复治疗的为对照组，将2组的修复满意度，前牙的修复状况进行比较。经过观察分析发现，在进行修复治疗后6、12个月后，从牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度以及附着丧失几个方面进行比较，观察组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；待修复1年后，前牙修复体的舒适度、美观性、发音情况、咀嚼功能以及满意度观察组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。由此可知，在前牙缺失修复治疗中，弹性纤维联合流动树脂的修复治疗效果要明显优于传统的流动树脂修复治疗效果。关键词：弹性纤维；流动树脂；前牙缺失；修复治疗中图分类号：TQ342+.85文献标志码：A文章编号：1001-5922（2023）03-0044-04ApplicationofelasticfibercombinedwithflowresininrestorationofanteriortoothlossDUANLina，LIYali，DONGShitao，YUBo（ChengdeStomatologicalHospital，Chengde067000，HebeiChina）Abstract:Theapplicationofelasticfibercombinedwithflowresinintherestorationofanteriortoothlosswasdis⁃cussed.Thesubjectsweredividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroupaccordingtodifferenttreatmentmeth⁃ods.Thegrouptreatedwithelasticfibercombinedwithflowresinwastheobservationgroupandthegrouptreatedwithtraditionalflowresinwasthecontrolgroup.Therepairsatisfactionandtherepairstatusofanteriorteethwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Afterobservationandanalysis，itisfoundthatthegingivalbleedingindex，peri⁃odontalpocketdepthandattachmentlossintheobservationgrouparelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup6and12monthsafterrepairtreatment，andP<0.05.Afteroneyearofrepair，thecomfort，aesthetics，pronunciationandmasticatoryfunctionandpatientsatisfactionintheobservationgrouparehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup，andP<0.05.Therefore，intherestorationtreatmentofanteriortoothloss，theeffectofelasticfibercombinedwithflowresinissignificantlybetterthanthatoftraditionalflowresin.2023年3月第50卷第3...
