临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期ComparisonoftheefficacyandsafetyofganciclovirandinterferoninthetreatmentofinfectiousmononucleosisinchildrenDUQiuyan1,ZHANGYongjiao2*(1.XianyangHospitalofYan'anUniversity,Xianyang712000;2.theFourthPeople'sHospitalofYan'an/Yan'anWomen'sandChildren'sHospital,Yan'an716000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTocomparetheefficacyandsafetyofganciclovirandinterferoninthetreatmentofinfectiousmononucleosis(IM)inchildren.MethodsAtotalof160childrenwithIMadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2020toDecember2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,thechildrenweredividedintoobservationgroup(n=80,ganciclovirtreatment)andcontrolgroup(n=80,interferontreatment).Theimprovementtimeofclinicalsymptoms,clinicalefficacy,levelsofinflammatoryfactors,positiverateofviralcapsidantigen(VCA)-immunoglobulinM(IgM)andadversereactionswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTherewerenosignificantdifferenceinthetimeofliverreductionandspleenreductionbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05);thefever,anginaimprovement,lymphnodeenlargementreduction,variantlymphocytes<10%andwhitebloodcellrecoverytimeintheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwas90.00%,whichwashigherthan75.00%inthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsoftumornecrosisfactor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)andC-reactiveprotein(CRP)inthetwogroupsdecreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).At3monthsaftertreatment,thepositiverateofVCA-IgMintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).At6monthsaftertreatment,thepositiverateofVCA-IgMinthetwogroupswaslowerthanthatat3monthsaftertreatment,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthetotalincidenceofadversereactionsb...
