第47卷第4期电网技术Vol.47No.42023年4月PowerSystemTechnologyApr.2023文章编号:1000-3673(2023)04-1378-08中图分类号:TM721文献标志码:A学科代码:470·40含高比例风电系统随机备用调度研究杜刚1,赵冬梅1,刘鑫2(1.华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院,北京市昌平区102206;2.国网吉林省电力有限公司长春供电公司,吉林省长春市130000)StochasticReserveSchedulingofHighProportionWindPowerSystemDUGang1,ZHAODongmei1,LIUXin2(1.SchoolofElectricalandElectronicEngineering,NorthChinaElectricPowerUniversity,ChangpingDistrict,Beijing102206,China;2.ChangchunPowerSupplyCompany,StateGridJilinElectricPowerCo.,Ltd.,Changchun130000,JilinProvince,China)1ABSTRACT:Highproportionofgrid-connectedwindpowerposesgreatchallengestothereservecapacityadjustmentabilityofthepowersystem.Inordertomakeupforthedeviationbetweentheplannedandtheactualwindfarmoutputs,theadditionalupspinninganddownspinningreservecapacitiesshouldberequiredforthepowerdispatching.Inthispaper,consideringtheriskofviolatingsecurityconstraints,aday-aheadstochasticreserveschedulingmodelisproposedbyusingthestochasticchance-constrainedoptimizationtheory,whichtakingintoaccounttheuncertaintyofwindpoweroutputandtheoutputcharacteristicsoftheautomaticgenerationcontrol(AGC)units.Firstofall,basedontheMarkovchainMonteCarlo(MCMC)method,thewindpowerscenarioissimulated,andtheamountofthegeneratedscenariosisautomaticallydeterminedbyusingtheviolationprobabilityofthechanceconstraintsandconfidenceparameters.Secondly,thereserveoutputcharacteristicsandoperationconstraintsoftheAGCunitsarecomprehensivelyconsideredinthereserveschedulingmodel.Byincorporatingthereservecostintotheobjectivefunction,theoptimaloutputplanoftheconventionalunitsandtheoptimalallocationcoefficientofthereservecapacityoftheAGCunitsareobtainedsimultaneously.Finally,theconstructedstochasticstandbyschedulingmodelisequivalenttoasemidefiniteprogramming(SDP)problemtobesolveddirectly.ExperimentsontheIEEE30-bussystemiscarriedouttodemonstratetheeffectivenessoftheproposedreserveschedulingmodel.KEYWORDS:wi...
