临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期Clinicaleffectofbudesonideandporactantalfainjectioncombinedwithhigh-frequencyoscillatoryventilationandconventionalmechanicalventilationinthetreatmentofprematureinfantswithsevererespiratorydistresssyndromeTIANYufeng,GUOLili*(PediatricsDepartment,theFirstHospitalofYulin,Yulin719000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTostudytheclinicaleffectofbudesonideandporactantalfainjectioncombinedwithhigh-frequencyoscillatoryventilationandconventionalmechanicalventilationinthetreatmentofprematureinfantswithsevererespiratorydistresssyndrome.MethodsSixtyprematureinfantswithsevererespiratorydistresssyndromewhoreceivedtreatmentinourhospitalfromMarch2018toMarch2021wereselectedastheresearchobjectsanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtodifferenttreatmentmethods,with30casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithhigh-frequencyoscillatoryventilationandconventionalmechanicalventilation,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithbudesonideandporactantalfainjectiononthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theclinicaleffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thepartialpressureofoxygen(PO2),oxygenationindex(OI)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthepartialpressureofcarbondioxide(PCO2)waslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsoftransforminggrowthfactor-β1(TGF-β1),matrixmetalloproteinase-16(MMP-16)andnuclearfactor-κB(NF-κB)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionBudesonideandporactantalfainjectioncombinedwithhigh-frequencyoscillatoryventilationandconventionalmechanicalventilationhavesignificanteffectsinthetreatmentofprematureinfantswithsevererespiratorydistresssyndrome,itcanimprovebloodgasindexesandreducethelevelsofTGF-β1,MMP-16andNF-κB.KEYWORDS:prematureinfant;respiratorydistresssyndrome;budesonide;poractantalfainjection布地奈德、猪肺磷脂注射液联合高频振荡叠加常频通气治疗重...
