临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期EffectsofpituitrinandoxytocinonintraoperativebloodlossandbloodpressureinpatientsundergoingmyomectomyDONGXiangyu1,LIUHangjuan2,DUANFengge1*(1.XianyangRainbowHospital,Xianyang712000;2.Xi'anPeople'sHospital/Xi'anFourthHospital,Xi'an710004,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTocomparetheapplicationeffectofpituitrinandoxytocininpatientsundergoingmyomectomy.MethodsAtotalof76patientsundergoingmyomectomyinourhospitalwereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroup(38cases,oxytocintreatment)andobservationgroup(38cases,pituitrintreatment).Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAt5minafterinjection,thesystolicbloodpressure,meanarterialpressureintheobservationgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthediastolicbloodpressure,heartrateweresignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theintraoperativebloodlossintheobservationgroupwaslessthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andtheoperationtimewasshorterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05);at3dafteroperation,theredbloodcellcount,hemoglobinlevelintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thetotalincidenceofcomplicationsintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionPituitrinhasagoodapplicationeffectinpatientsundergoingmyomectomy,itcaneffectivelycontroltheintraoperativebloodloss,andhasalowincidenceofcomplications.KEYWORDS:myomectomy;pituitr;oxytocin垂体后叶素与缩宫素对子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术中出血量及血压的影响董香玉1，刘航娟2，段凤鸽1*（1.咸阳彩虹医院，陕西咸阳，712000；2.西安市人民医院/西安市第四医院，陕西西安，710004）摘要：目的比较垂体后叶素与缩宫素在子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的76例子宫肌瘤剔除术患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组（38例，缩宫素治疗）和观察组（38例，垂体后叶素治疗）。比较两组的治疗效果。结果注药后5min，观察组的收缩压、平均动脉压显著高于对照组，舒张压、心率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的术中出血量少于对照组，手术时间短于对...
