第5卷第1期地基处理Vol.5No.12023年1月JournalofGroundImprovementJan.2023湿陷性黄土地区某高层住宅建筑顶升纠偏加固方案的探索与应用江岳春(上海勘察设计研究院(集团)有限公司,上海200093)摘要:针对湿陷性黄土地区河南省某高层住宅建筑出现不均匀沉降并导致较大倾斜,严重影响建筑物正常使用和结构安全,结合勘察、设计、施工、监测资料及实地踏勘,分析其倾斜原因主要是湿陷性黄土受地下空洞结合强降雨极端天气及管网的渗漏,造成水土流失。基础加固采用锚杆静压钢管桩将原筏板基础复合地基调整为桩筏基础,将建筑物荷载传至较好土层,并穿透可能存在湿陷性的土层及地表下空洞沉陷变形的影响范围,避免受到基底土湿陷或土层流失等影响。设置反力顶升装置,借助千斤顶利用先期施工的锚杆桩作为反力支点进行桩式顶升纠偏,最后在基底通过注浆密闭脱空,实现建筑物无损顶升加固纠偏。监测数据表明该建筑纠偏加固后倾斜在1‰以内,沉降趋缓已达到稳定状态,纠偏加固效果明显。关键词:湿陷性黄土地区;高层住宅建筑;锚杆静压钢管桩;顶升纠偏加固;桩式顶升;监测措施中图分类号:TU473.1文献标识码:A文章编号:2096–7195(2023)01–0055–07Explorationandapplicationofjackingrectificationandreinforcementschemeforahigh-riseresidentialbuildingincollapsibleloessareaJIANGYue-chun(SGIDIEngineeringConsulting(Group)Co.,Ltd.,Shanghai200093,China)Abstract:Ahigh-riseresidentialbuildinginHenanProvinceinthecollapsibleloessareahasexperiencedunevensettlement.Therefore,thebuildinghasalargeinclination,whichseriouslyaffectsthesafeuseandthestructuralstability.Combinedwithsurvey,design,construction,monitoringdataandfieldsurvey,thepaperanalyzedthemainreasonsforitsinclination.Undergroundcavitiescombinedwithextremeweatherofheavyrainfall,andtogetherwiththeleakagefromthepipelinenetwork,eventuallyleadtoloesserosion.Themethodoffoundationreinforcementistoadjusttheoriginalraftfoundationcompositefoundationintoapileraftfoundationusingstaticpressureanchoredpiles.Ittransmitstheloadingofthebuildingtothebettersoillayer,penetratesthepossiblecollapsiblesoillayerandtheinfluenceareaofsubsidencedeformationofsubsurfacevoids.Thismethodcanpreventthebuildingfrombeingaffectedbysubsoilcol...
