中国国境卫生检疫杂志2023年2月第46卷第1期ChineseFrontierHealthQuarantineFeb.2023,Vol46,No.1新发和再发病媒传播疾病(vector-bornedis-eases,VBDs)是全世界的公共卫生问题之一[1]。病媒生物可在人与人及动物与人之间传播寄生虫、病毒和细菌等病原体,引发疾病,如寨卡病毒病、登革热、黄热病等。全球化、城市化的发展加速了病媒生物随人员、货物或交通工具在地域间的迁移,加大了病媒生物的活动区域和传播疾病的范围。蚊类和蝇类是病媒传播疾病的重要传播媒介,对蚊类和蝇类进MolecularidentificationofmosquitoesandfliescapturedatQingdaoJiaodongInternationalAirportbeforeoperationLIUDi*,ZHUANGGuodong,XULi,YUYingquan,ZHANGTao,XUYing,TENGXindong*QingdaoCustomsDistrict,Qingdao,Shandong266071,ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveTounderstandthepopulationofmosquitoesandfliesinQingdaoJiaodongInternationalAirportbeforeoporation,andprovidedatasupportforthepreventionandcontrolofmedicalvectorsandvector-bornediseases.MethodsFromJulytoSeptember2019,fourareasincludingtheairportlawn,artificiallake,apronanddormitoryareaofJiaodongAirportportwereselected.Thedouble-layerednetmethodcombinedandcarbondioxidemosquitotrapswereusedtocaptureadultmosquitoes,theflycageswereusedtocaptureflies,andthescoopswereusedtocapturemosquitolarvaeandincubatethemnaturally.ThecapturedmosquitoesandflieswereclassifiedandidentifiedbyusingmorphologicalidentificationandmolecularidentificationmethodsbasedonmitochondrialCOIgene.ResultsFromJulytoSeptember2019,651mosquitoes(includingnaturallyhatchedmosquitoes)and2599flieswerecaptured,respectively.Combinedwithmorphologicalidentificationandmolecularidentification,itwasfinallydeterminedthattherewere6speciesofmosquitoesin4genera,1family.ThedominantspecieswereAnophelessinensis,CulexpipienspallensandAedesalbopictus,withtheconstituentrateof32.26%,27.65%and25.96%.Therewere13speciesoffliesbelongingto12generaand4families,thedominantspecieswereLuciliasericata,ChrysomyamegacephalaandLuciliacuprina,withtheconstituentrateof31.67%,28.51%and21.51%.AfteramplifyingthemitochondrialCOIgeneofmosquitoes...
