临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期EffectsofcontinuousmeticulousnursingonnegativeemotionandbloodpressureofpatientswithseverepreeclampsiaCAOXiaomei1,HUCaizhen1,WANGLina2*(1.ObstetricsDepartment,YulinNo.2Hospital,Yulin719000;2.MaternalHealthCentre,ShangluoMaternalandChildHealthHospital,Shangluo726000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationeffectofcontinuousmeticulousnursinginpatientswithseverepreeclampsia.MethodsAtotalof90patientswithseverepreeclampsiaadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2019toDecember2020wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Thepatientsweredividedintoroutinegroupandobservationgroupaccordingtodifferentnursingmethods,with45casesineachgroup.Theroutinegroupperformedroutinenursing,andtheobservationgroupperformedcontinuousmeticulousnursing.Thenegativeemotion,bloodpressure,oxidativestressfactorslevelsandoccurrenceofadversepregnancyoutcomeswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsAfterintervention,theHamiltonAnxietyScale(HAMA),HamiltonDepressionScale(HAMD)scores,systolicbloodpressure(SBP)anddiastolicbloodpressure(DBP)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseintheroutinegroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thelevelsofsuperoxidedismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseintheroutinegroup,andthelevelofmalonaldehyde(MDA)waslowerthanthatintheroutinegroup(P<0.05).Theincidencesofadversepregnancyoutcomesintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseintheroutinegroup(P<0.05).ConclusionContinuousmeticulousnursingappliedinpatientswithseverepreeclampsiacanimprovenegativeemotion,controlbloodpressure,regulateoxidativestressfactorslevels,andreduceadversepregnancyoutcomes.KEYWORDS:severepreeclampsia;continuousmeticulousnursing;negativeemotion连续细致化护理对重度子痫前期患者负面情绪及血压的影响曹晓梅1，胡彩珍1，王莉娜2*（1.榆林市第二医院产科，陕西榆林，719000；2.商洛市妇幼保健院孕产保健中心，陕西商洛，726000）摘要：目的分析连续细致化护理在重度子痫前期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的90例重度子痫前期患者作为研究对象，根据护理方式不同将其...
