特别关注Focus纺织导报ChinaTextileLeader·2023No.129作者简介:王鸣义,男,1958年生,教授级高级工程师,现任东华大学材料科学与工程学院顾问。文|王鸣义Abstract:In2020,thetotalamountoftextilefibersusedinChina'smainlandexceeded68milliontons.Amongthem,polyesterfibersexceeded49milliontons,whiletherecyclingoftextileswasonly4.3milliontons,farfromthegoalofacirculareconomyandsustainabledevelopment.Fromtheperspectiveofthetextilesrecyclingprocess,thepaperintroducestherelevanttechnicalprogress,andmainlyfocusesonthesortingidentification,fiberdecompositionandseparationandrecyclingtechnologyofpolyester,polyamide,cellulosefibertextiles,blendedfabrics,andhigh-performancefibercompositesinthepastdecade.ResearchresultsindicatedthatthetechnologicalprogressofChinainthetextilesrecyclingindustrychainisencouraging.Somefiberprocessingenterpriseshavestartedtopayattentiontothetextilecirculareconomy,takingintoaccounttheenvironmentalprotectionandlowenergyconsumptionoftheproductionprocess,andactivelycontributingtophysicalandchemicalrecycling;professionaltextilesrecyclingenterprisesarealsoactivelydevelopingthehigh-valueapplicationmarket;the“permanent”functionalityoffibersandthe“temporary”functionalityoffabricswillprovidemorereasonablechoiceswiththepromotionofsustainabledevelopmentgoalsoftheindustrychain.Keywords:wastetextiles;recyclingtechnology;industrychain;polyester;polyamide可再生纺织品产业技术现状及展望StatusandOutlookofTechnologiesintheRegeneratedTextilesIndustry摘要:2020年,我国大陆纺织纤维总产量超过6800万t,其中聚酯纤维超过4900万t,而纺织品的回收再生仅430万t,与循环经济及可持续发展的目标相差甚远。文章从纺织品回收再生过程介绍了相关技术进展,重点描述近10余年来聚酯(PET)、聚酰胺(PA)、纤维素纤维纺织品及混纺织物、高性能纤维复合材料的分拣识别、纤维分解分离和再生技术。得出:我国在纺织品回收再生产业链中的技术进步是令人鼓舞的,一些原生纤维加工企业已经开始关注纺织品循环经济,兼顾生产过程的环保和低能耗,并积极参与物理、化学回收再生,专业的纺织品回收再生企业也在积极开拓“高值化”应用市场;纤维...
