·41CHINESEJOURNALOFCTANDMRI,FEB.2023,Vol.21,No.02TotalNo.160【第一作者】王坤,男,主管技师,主要研究方向:磁共振成像技术。E-mail:akun512@163.com【通讯作者】李茗,男,副主任技师,主要研究方向:磁共振脑功能,磁共振成像技术。E-mail:lm06939@163.com论著DiffusionWeightedImagingofNasopharynxBasedonTSE-XD-MVWANGKun1,YUYu-jie1,WANGMao-xue1,DOUXin1,ZHOUNan1,ZHANGJi-lei2,LIMing1,*.1.TheAffiliatedDrumTowerHospitalofNanjingUniversityMedicalSchool,Nanjing210008,JiangsuProvince,China2.PhilipsHealthcare,Shanghai200072,ChinaABSTRACTObjectiveTocomparetheimagequalityofturbospinechodiffusionweightedimaging(TSE-DWI),TSE-XD-DWIandTSE-XD-MV-DWIinnasopharynximaging.MethodsFromJanuary2021toMay2021,55patientswithconfirmedorsuspectednasopharyngealcarcinomaunderwentnasopharyngealMRexaminationinNanjingDrumTowerHospitalwereretrospectivelycollected.Therewere34malesand21females,aged54.65±14.73years.Therewere25patientswithnasopharyngealcarcinomaand30patientswithnormalnasopharyngealmucosa.SNRandCNRofnasopharyngealDWIimagesinTSE,TSE-XDandTSE-XD-MVgroupswereassessedusingpairedsamplettest.QualitativeassessmentwereevaluatedusingWilcoxonpairedsignranktest.ResultsSNRinMVgroup(6.29±3.30)wasbetterthantheothertwogroups,buttherewasnostatisticaldifferencebetweentheTSE-XDgroup(5.90±2.46)andTSE-XD-MVgroup(P=0.237).CNRintheMVgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatintheothertwogroups(TSE:19.08±10.67,XD:25.70±10.64,MV:35.74±16.35),andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificantbetweeneachtwogroups(P<0.001).QualitativeresultsshowedthattheimagequalityoftheMVgroup(4.75±0.52)wasalsosignificantlybetterthanthatoftheothertwogroups(TSE:1.85±0.49;XD:3.23±0.67),theresultswerestatisticallydifferent(allP<0.001).ConclusionDWIbasedonTSE-XD-MVinnasopharynxcansignificantlyimprovetheimagequality.Keywords:DiffusionweightedImaging;TurboSpinEcho;MultiVane;Nasopharynx扩散加权成像(diffusionweightedimaging,DWI)可以在活体上对水分子运动进行测量成像,通过计算表观扩散系数(apparentdiffusioncoefficient,ADC)对组织进行定量评估[1]。在...
