-53-第17卷第4期2022年12月贵阳学院学报(自然科学版)(季刊)JOURNALOFGUIYANGUNIVERSITYNaturalSciences(Quarterly)Dec.2022Vol.17No.4摘要:装配式建筑因其节能环保,建设周期短,经济效益高等特点,在实现建筑现代化方面具有一定的优势,但其建设成本远远高于经济建筑,在推广普及方面存在一定的难度。鉴于此,在BIM技术理论方法指导下,结合EPC工程思想,从PC生产阶段和现场实施阶段两方面分析装配式建筑的增量成本。结果表明:装配式建筑增量成本阶段中,PC构件生产阶段占比高达80%,现场施工吊装阶段占比25%,其中机械费的增量成本占比高达53%。并且PC生产阶段和吊装阶段中的外墙成本占两个阶段的16.46%和24.03%,当前装配式建筑增量成本问题主要集中在机械设备和工程硬件设施上。运用BIM技术对装配式建筑进行分析,可以通过增量成本的变化,分析影响成本的最大增长因素,为后续装配式建筑实际运用效果中的策略优化提供新的思路方法。关键词:BIM技术;EPC工程;装配式建筑;增量成本;PC生产阶段;吊装阶段中图分类号:TU17;TU741文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-6125(2022)04-0053-05ApplicationofBIMtechnologyinincrementalcostcalculationofprefabricatedbuildingsBAOXian-jun(FuyangInstituteofTechnology,Fuyang236031,Anhui,China)Abstract:Becauseofitsenergysaving,environmentalprotection,shortconstructionperiodandhigheconomicbenefits,prefabricatedbuildingshavecertainadvantagesinrealizingbuildingmodernization,buttheirconstructioncostismuchhigherthanthatofeconomicbuildings,soitisdifficulttopopularizethem.Inviewofthis,undertheguidanceofBIMtechnologytheoryandmethod,combinedwithEPCengineeringidea,thispaperanalyzestheincrementalcostofprefabricatedbuildingsfromtwoaspects:PCproductionstageandfieldimplementationstage.Theresultsshowthatintheincrementalcoststageofprefabricatedbuildings,theproductionstageofPCcomponentsaccountsforupto80%,andthehoistingstageofsiteconstructionaccountsforupto25%,amongwhichtheincrementalcostofmachinerycostsaccountsforupto53%.Inaddition,thecostofexteriorwallsinPCproductionandhoistingaccountsfor16.46%and24.03%ofthetwostages.Atpresent,theincrementalcostofprefabricatedbuildingsmainlyfocusesonmechanicalequipmen...
