甘肃省基层医疗卫生机构基本公共卫生服务质量的影响因素研究摘要目的了解甘肃省2016年基层医疗卫生机构基本公共卫生服务项目的实施情况，分析影响基本公共卫生服务质量的因素，为甘肃省提高基本公共卫生服务质量提供参考依据。方法通过运用加权TOPSIS方法对基层医疗卫生机构提供的基本公共卫生服务质量进行综合评价，使用多元线性回归分析影响服务质量的因素。结果TOPSIS结果显示44家基层医疗机构综合评价得分（Cj）最大值为68.02，最小值为26.36；TOPSIS综合评价得分Cj与机构性质、每千常住人口护师（士）数、每千常住人口全年门、急诊人次和每千常住人口住院人次相关关系显著（p<0.05）。结论乡镇卫生院基本公共卫生工作质量优于社区卫生服务中心；增加基层医疗卫生机构的护师（士）数和门、急诊人次有利于开展国家基本公共卫生项目；提高国家基本公共卫生服务工作水平有利于降低辖区内住院人次。关键词：基本公共卫生服务，基层医疗卫生机构，影响因素ANALYSISONTHEINFLUENTIALFACTORSOFBASICPUBLICHEALTHSERVICEQUALITYINPRIMARYHEALTHCAREINSTITUTIONSINGANSUPROVINCEAbstractObjectiveTounderstandtheimplementationofbasicpublichealthprogramsinprimaryhealthcareinstitutionsinGansuProvincein2016,andtoanalyzethefactorsaffectingthequalityofbasicpublichealthservices,andtoprovidereferencesforimprovingthequalityofbasicpublichealthservicesinGansuProvince.MethodsTheTOPSISmethodwasusedtoevaluatethequalityofbasicpublichealthservicesinprimaryhealthcareinstitutions.Multivariatelinearregressionwasusedtoanalyzethefactorsaffectingservicequality.ResultsTheTOPSISresultsshowedthatthemaximumscoreofcomprehensiveevaluationscore(Cj)of44primaryhealthcareinstitutionswas68.02andtheminimumvaluewas26.36.TheTOPSIScomprehensiveevaluationscoreCjwasrelatedtothepropertyoftheinstitution,thenumberofnursesper1,000residents,Thenumberofannualoutpatientoremergencyvisitsandinpatientsper1,000residents(p<0.05).ConclusionThequalityofbasicpublichealthworkintownshiphospitalsisbetterthanthecommunityhealthservicecenters.Increasingthenumberofnursesandoutpatientandemergencyvisitsinprimaryhealthcareinstitutionsisconducivetocarryingoutthenationalbasicpublichealthprograms;improvingthelevelofba...
