曳引电梯安全系统设计i摘要自改革开放以来，无论是我国还是世界的经济都得到了迅速发展，而随着经济发展，城市的高楼大夏也像雨后春笋一样不断地涌现并且不断成长。而高楼大夏必不可少的组成部分就是电梯，因此，世界上各地区对电梯的需求也在增加，电梯变得越来越重要。但是许多的电梯制造商都仅仅是调整了电梯的载客容量以及外部或者内部的美观，而忽略了最重要的安全问题，所以电梯内部曳引机的安全问题没有得到有效解决。因此，本文对曳引电梯安全系统的研究是有非常重要意义。电梯安全性的保障主要来源于安全钳、限速器、连杆机构、缓冲器、终端限位保护设施等硬件设施的保护，同时也来源于曳引电梯软件系统的配合，本论文通过从曳引电梯安全系统的设计与安全装置的计算，并追溯电梯发展史，以及探索了曳引电梯安全系统设计的核心元素，帮助曳引电梯进行安全系统的设计,为以后的电梯安全系统的改善以及提升提供一定的参考价值。关键词：曳引电梯；安全设计；软件系统；硬件系统AbstractSincethereformandopeningup,theeconomyofbothChinaandtheworldhasbeendevelopingrapidly.Withthedevelopmentofeconomy,thehigh-risebuildingsandsummersincitieshavesprunguplikebambooshootsafterrain.Elevatorsareanindispensablepartofhigh-risebuildingsinsummer.Therefore,thedemandforelevatorsisincreasinginallpartsoftheworld,andelevatorsarebecomingmoreandmoreimportant.However,manyelevatormanufacturersonlyadjusttheelevatorpassengercapacityandexternalorinternalaesthetics,andignorethemostimportantsafetyissues,sothesafetyproblemsoftheelevatorinternaltractorhavenotbeeniieffectivelysolved.Therefore,theresearchonthesafetysystemoftractionelevatorisofgreatsignificance.Thesecurityofelevatormainlycomesfromtheprotectionofhardwarefacilitiessuchassafetyclamp,speedlimiter,connectingrodmechanism,buffer,terminallimitprotectionfacilities,andthecooperationoftractionelevatorsoftwaresystem.Thispapertracesthedevelopmenthistoryofelevatorsafetysystemandexploresthedesignoftractionelevatorsafetysystemthroughthedesignoftractionelevatorsafetysystemandthecalculationofsafetydevices.Thecoreelementshelptodesignthesafetysystemofthetractionelevator,andprovidesomereferencevaluefortheimprovementandpr...
