第53卷第2期2023年2月Vol.53No.2Feb.2023·121·日用化学工业(中英文)ChinaSurfactantDetergent&CosmeticsReceived:March10,2022;Revised:January28,2023.*Correspondingauthor.E-mail:shangyazhuo@ecust.edu.cn.国家自然科学基金:表面活性剂的界面传递行为研究(No.21476072)DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-1803.2023.02.001PreparationofP/O/LC/WmultipleemulsionYawenLv,JingwenWang,ZhichengYe,YazhuoShang*,HonglaiLiu(LaboratoryofCosmetics,SchoolofChemistry&MolecularEngineering,EastChinaUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Shanghai200237,China)Abstract:Atypeofpolyol-in-oil-in-liquidcrystal-in-water(P/O/LC/W)multipleemulsionwaspreparedbytwo-stepmethodwithliquidcrystalemulsifierandtraditionalemulsifier.Thesampleswerecharacterizedbymicroscopy.Theeffectsofdifferentliquidcrystalemulsifiers,emulsificationtemperatureandhomogenizationrateonthemicrostructureofP/O/LC/Wmultipleemulsionwerestudied.Thestepsofpreparationprocesswereasfollows:Theemulsificationtemperaturewas60-75℃;thehomogenizationrateofpolyolinoilwas7000-8400r/minandhomogenizationtimewas~6min;thehomogenizationrateofpolyolinoilinliquidcrystalinwaterwas4400-6000r/minandhomogenizationtimewas~7min.Theemulsionwasputatroomtemperaturefor28days,andmultiplestructuresandliquidcrystalstructurescouldstillbeobserved,andtheliquidcrystalbecamebrighter.Thecomponentsoftheformulawereglycerol(polyolphase),squalane(oilphase),P135(hydrophobicemulsifier),andIST-LC001(liquidcrystalemulsifier).Theidealemulsionstructurecouldthusbeobtained.Theformulawasusedtoencapsulateactivesubstances.Resveratrolwasusedasthetargetmoleculeforsustained-releaseexperiment.TheresultsofdialysisexperimentsinvitroshowedthattheP/O/LC/Wmultipleemulsionhadaremarkableslow-releaseperformance.Thereleaseratiooftargetmoleculewasupto83%after10h.Whenshikoninwasusedasthetargetmolecule,itwasprovedthattheP/O/LC/Wmultipleemulsioncouldmaskthecolorofthetargetmolecule.Comparedwithtraditionalemulsion,thecolorofP/O/LC/Wmultipleemulsionwaslighter.Rheologicalmeasurementshowedthattheviscosityoftheemuls...
