There is no doubt that advertisements have many advantages. First，they can offer information on goods，services，culture，employment and so on. Second，with advertisements， customers can save a lot of time in shopping. What's more，advertisements also help factories or service providers find their markets.

However，each coin has two sides. Advertisements also have some disadvantages. One of the obvious disadvantages is that they are just a waste of time when we don't need them，for example， while watching TV programs. To make things worse，some advertisements are misleading and cheating. Furthermore，huge advertising expenses are shared by consumers，which seems to be unfair.

In my view，good advertisements are really beneficial to people's life. But unhealthy ones are harmful to the society. Therefore，I think the government should strictly monitor advertisements so that bad ones can be avoided. Only in this way can the ad industry develop smoothly and healthily.

Secondly， moving to the low-score areas to take exams seems to be just favorable to the powerful and not fair to ordinary people. So that is also an unfair thing for the common.

In my opinion，the government should take some effective measures to control this phenomenon. Such things are obviously not helpful to us building a harmonious society.
