尊敬的各位评委，亲爱的各位同学：

大家晚上好！我是----，今天我演讲的主题是：亮出我们的勇气与魄力，走上自主创业的征程！

众所周知，随着我国高等教育的发展，大学生毕业人数逐年增多，就拿2012年来说，今年的高校毕业生就达680万人，就业压力可想而知。但是可喜的是，越来越多的大学生响应国家号召，以创业推进就业，走上了自主创业的征程。

前美国总统罗斯福说过：当时间的主人，命运的主宰，灵魂的舵手。

而创业就解释了这个定义。

这很简单，其实就像许多人喜欢做自己喜欢的事情一样，因为太爱这件事才会去做，而不是因为别人一句话，头脑一热就去做了。所以创业就是自己更多的把握自己的人生，常常告诉自己“just do it”。

我一直觉得我们“人生的最后”存在着是两种可能：

做与不做?? 一种是多年以后，当你回忆起某一段时光的时候，你仍然激情澎湃，对自己的成功，魄力予以肯定。

而另外一种就是后悔自己当年犹豫不决，错失了许多机会，后悔没有去做。创业可谓是一条艰难且漫长的道路。对于一个创业者而言，失败可能意味着你即将成功，而成功意味着你将面临更大的挑战。

穷人缺什么：表面缺资金，本质缺雄心，脑子缺观念，机会缺了解，改变缺行动，事业缺魄力。

下面我想仅以个人拙见来重点谈论一下每个人在创业之初必须面对的三个问题：

第一，有没有资金；第二，有没有经验；第三，有没有团队。

对，这就是创业者面对的三个迫切于解决的重要问题。

可是现实的情况就是，大多数人有的只是一时的热情或是一些不付出具体行动的空想。他们并没有站在自己的位置，看看自己是否已经具备了哪些条件？或者说他们不知道自己是否已经拥有了解决这些问题的能力。所以我觉得想要创业的同学可以好好打量自己这些方面的能力了。

资金是创业者面对的首要问题，就业肯定会为你带来稳定的收入，那样的话的确不用像创业者担心中午盒饭的质量??可是你无法保证在你筹集好资金以后，所处的社会环境不会改变，到最后只落了一个“白了少年头，空悲切”的下场。

所以你可以试试用别人的钱来创业，我的意思是融资，一个人的力量是渺小的，但十个，一百个，那你将拥有你无法想象的力量了。

你可以用你的美妙的想法，创意的点子去吸引别人的钱。但是各位请注意，这意味着你的想法有足够的吸引力。

然后对于创业者的经验。包括你的决策能力，选择能力，执行能力，以及处理问题的方式方法。

说到这里我想起李开复先生说的一句话，“世界上最聪明的人是借用别人撞的头破血流的经验作为自己的经验，而世界上最愚蠢的人是非要用自己撞得头破血流的经验才叫经验。创业就是要“冒天下之大不韪，敢为天下人先”。等一件事被所有人认为是机会的时候，其实已经不是机会了，要学会借用别人的经验，摸索着前进，在黑暗中探索出属于自己的一片光明。

最后是团队，团队成员的互相理解也不可或缺。

我所理解的优秀的创业团队并不是那些最优秀的人集中在一起，而是最合适的人凑在一起。所以你要时刻去寻找自己生活中与你有共同语言，共同目标的人。包括你的亲人，同学，朋友，也许他们很多方面不是那么优秀，但将在你的团队中担任一个不可或缺的角色。

所以说我们其实已经拥有了许多条件，为什么不试一试？

作为一名大学生，读书得到的不仅是一张文凭，更多的应该是知识和技能的增长。年轻的我们，一定要趁自己内心激情满满，大脑具有非常活跃的创新思维的时候漂亮的干一把，把你大脑中的那个创意的点子章显出其众不同。所以要是你真的准备好了，那就策马扬帆，适时起航。超越梦想一起飞，你我需要真心面对，让生命回味这一刻，让岁月铭记这一回。

来到大学，学习是生活的一个方面，而积极的参加社会实践则是另一个不可或缺的大学经历，创业则是一种不错的实践方式。现代社会，积极投身到创业热潮的大学生越来越多，其中不乏有激情，有创意的成功者，创业让他们完善了自我，丰富了知识，积累了社会经验，发觉了自身的潜力，更不可小视的是：他们培养出了当代大学生普遍缺少的实践精神和创新能力。所以，大学生积极投入到创业中来是一个很好的提升自己的机会。大学生进行创业具有很多的优势，作为新时代的青年人，我们大学生可以发掘到市场的潜力在何处，我们可以奇思妙想，经营一种很具创造力的创业模式，并且凭着大学生不可阻挡的激情和良好的团队合作意识，我们绝对可以在市场中占有一席之地。然而创业毕竟不是一件轻而易举的事，对大学生来讲，虽然具有一定的理论知识，但是很难做到将这些理论与实践相结合，况且，学生的资金储备不足，对社会的认识较浅，遇到大一点的困难时不容易解决，以至于白白做了很多的前期准备工作，投入了一定的资金却得不到应有的回报，这就是市场，不能正确认识市场的残酷，不能正确评估市场风险的大学生创业失败的可能性是很大的。我曾经作为观众去听过“挑战者杯---大学生创业”的比赛，我对几组同学的印象颇深，其中一组同学的创业计划是一所语言学校，创业基金预计为500万元人民币，期待成功后能与新东方媲美，但他们忽略了很多的客观困难，首先，作为没有任何信誉保证的普通大学生，他们怎么可能轻易地就筹到五百万元的资金，其次，就算资金到位，他们如何保证自己的师资力量，作为一名“新秀”，如果不出高价，优秀的老师不会随便的来到他们那里授课，但如此一来，成本就会比想象中的高了很多，再加上没有以往的成绩的保证，没有百姓的口碑打底，学生参与的积极性不高等因素，失败的可能性极大，这类同学都将创业的过程想得过于美好了，准备不够充分并忽略了一些实际可能出现的困难。还有一些同学，想得比较结合实际，但是不全面，所以可能会在良好的运作一段时间后突然出现意想不到的情况导致自己的失败。相对而言，有一些同学的计划就比较完善了，从自己的科技研发，产品创新到原材料种植，原材料加工，成品包装，实体经营店，网店，应有尽有，而且产品也还算可以吸引眼球，站得住市场，况且其中几位成员还有一些人际关系，成功可能性就大了许多。其实，创业的成功需要大家对市场有一个良好的把握，团队成员之间能有与很好的合作，多吸取成功者的经验，多想想失败者的教训，做好充分的准备去迎接挑战，这样，自己就不会盲目的去做，损失很多，却又得不到什么有价值教训了。

It is a great honor and pleasure to be here on this beautiful Saturday morning to share with you my sentiments about life and passion for the English language.About a year and a half ago, I took part in my very first English Speech Contest.When I stood before the microphone with all eyes starring directly at me, I could hardly speak.I stood there, embarrassed and helpless, struggling in vain for the right thing to say.My fears had paralyzed me.While my passion for English has never changed, I lost my courage to speak in public.When my professor again encouraged me to take part in this Competition, I said ―no.‖ I couldn’t endure yet another painful experience.He looked me straight in the eye and said something that pierced my heart.I will never forget his words.―Look,‖ he said, ―We all have our fears, and you have yours.You could twist your ankle in a basketball game, but then be afraid to ever play again.Running away can never dispel your fears, but action will.A winner is not one who never fails，but one who never quits.‖

I spent a whole day with his words twisting and turning in my mind.Then I made the bravest and wisest decision of my life: I would face my fears – and take part in the competition!

（六）hold fast to your dreams i have a dream today.i have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.wow, what a dream it has been for martin luther king.but the changing world seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes i personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.however, we meed dreams.they nourish our spirit;they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality.they keep us going.most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great.when we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant.now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality.however, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions.well, just start with concrete ives and stick to it.don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future.through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly.hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow.so my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams.whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.抓牢你的梦想 我今天有一个梦想。

这对马丁路德金是怎样的一个梦想啊。不过这个变化着的世界似乎在告诉我，在成长的过程中，人们却不知不觉把他们的梦想弄丢了，而我自己也有时会觉得在告别很多童年的梦。然而，我们是需要梦想的。梦想滋养我们的灵魂，梦想代表着我们被现实拉垮时依然具有的希望。它鼓励我们不断前进。大多数成功人士都是梦想家，同时也是普通人，只是他们敢于梦想敢于成就伟大。当我们还是孩子的时候，我们都梦想过做一番大事业，现在应当做的就是保存好那些梦想，再度恢复它们，并将它们实现。不过最难的是我们通常不知道怎样付诸实施。那么，就从最具体的目标开始，坚持去做吧。不要让那些莫名的恐惧迷惑了我们的双眼，影响了我们对未来的信念。用我们的天资和智慧，用我们的耐力和创造力，我们一定会实现梦想。
