托业考试心得分享：关于我的870

托业考试我得了440+430=870 虽然不是非常高的分，但应一个朋友的要求，我想谈谈我对托业考试的心得。

在开始之前 我觉得有几点很有必要申明

1、我只对我在整个学习过程中做过的事谈谈，没有做的，或事后觉得可能会有用的想法我不会提出来，因为没有自己去做，可行性值得推敲。

2、每个人的英语基础不同，学习方法各异，我的方法不见得就是适用于你的，仅供参考。来源：考试大

3、我的英语基础：4级87 6级73。所以在开始借鉴我的方法时多考虑你的英语处于怎样的水平，不要盲目照搬

4、学习英语是个漫长的过程，要的是持之以恒，没有捷径。请不要寄希望于靠神奇的方法来使英语突飞猛进。

5、我是大四学生，迫于找工作需要，考的TOEIC。我认为它对英语水平提高没有什么帮助。所以，想考的同学要清楚自己考这个目的是什么，不要什么热就考什么。

一复习材料准备：

现在网上似乎托业真题是很难找，我在假期前去学校的图书馆借了两本ETS出的托业模拟题集，好象是个在托业和ETS领域干了很多年的老头写的。再配了磁带，就放假回家开始准备了。建议书买比较新的版本，我的那本就很老了，98年出的，我在考试中就发现听力和阅读与练的出入挺大。

至于托业词汇，听力资料什么的，我没有找到，所以不妄做评论。

二、准备过程：

首先明确一点，这是个水平考试，一切都是以你现有的基础来作准备的。不要想一下就达到什么水平，你所做的只是完美的体现出你的水平，而非通过考试来提高你的水平。我在回家前做了一套模拟题，720分，但是答的太快，涂完卡还剩了30分钟，觉得没有充分发挥水平。后来慢慢做，剩个20分钟左右的速度，开始稳定在770左右。所以先摸清楚你的水平，再做其他打算。

其次，我没有做单项针对练习，都是一套套做的。我认为适应这个题量和时间是很重要的。

我的学习方法：

阅读单选部分：

通过几套题后，我意识到，后100题虽然简单（每次可以保持在错12道左右），但是在上面拿更高的分很难了，因为那些基础性的东西是很难短时间提高的。所以把精力放在后100题是不明智的。

听力部分：

听力部分则是托业的重点。听力决定了你的成绩是否能拔尖。听力部分总分比阅读单选部分多十分。我一开始听力要错25个左右，而且连续很多套题我都是稳定在错25个，说明的确是水平考试，光练题听力似乎没有什么进展。我没有其他资料，就采取以下的方法：

1、模拟一套题后，对完答案，开始反复听听力部分，一道一道的听。通常是听上3，4遍还是听不懂，就看听力原文。接着把不熟悉的词汇和表达记到一个本子上。再反复听，达到一种程度——就是不动脑筋就听懂了就行。因为我口语一直学的是美语，对美语的发音习惯比较了解，所以很容易进入状态。想要听力提高，和你的口语发音，词汇记忆是很有关系的。如果你读的记的都是错的，又怎么能听懂呢。建议注意区分美音和英音。

2、每天坚持听一篇VOA STANDARD。方法同上，直到听得明明白白。不建议听SPECIAL，太慢了，只能拖慢你的听力。要听就听正常语速的。

PART4：PART4的预读很重要，同时时间也是最充足的。因为通常是听完我们基本就选完了，而考题却还要逐道的说“现在请答...题”。这个时间就可以用来看下面的题了。

除了逻辑性外，还要注意，如果没有听懂，千万不要在那里思考，一旦停顿，会严重影响你后面的答题。没听懂就立刻放下，做下一个。

这样坚持练习，严格按照考试模拟，对这门考试就能很好应付了，也能体现出你的真实水平了。我回学校后的第2套题终于上了800，然后发现模拟练习基本就停留在840左右了，我的阅读没有什么变化，但是听力是明显好多了，能保持在错15个左右。听力对80个以上，总分上800就很容易了。

之后我保持了考前一天一套模拟题，最后27号休息一天，27号下午到了大连，28号考完。

两周后查到成绩 听力440 阅读430，总分870。最后我想说的是，个人的学习方法都不同，最好能自己找到适合自己的路。考试时调整好心态，相信实力到了，自然能得那些分数。这个过程中，我认为我提高的只是考试的技巧，而TOEIC对于英语的提高真是微乎其微。希望大家还是注重平时的积累和学习，注重英语的听和说的应用，而不是为了考证书而学习英语。我很喜欢英语，希望大家也能喜欢并享受学习英语的过程。
