人物李华，简单的外事活动。体裁属于陈述说明性质。话题是介绍前门大街改建情况。但这个话题对全国卷II考区的考生多少有些歧视。这种歧视可以理解为城乡歧视和信息歧视。因为该考区学生对前门并不熟悉，所幸试题控制很严，只当是翻译了。另外，试题所提供的名词类词汇缺乏考试的实际意义，只是照抄而已，对考生并无挑战。
