做西瓜堆中的榴莲

与市场调研中的情形如出一辙，西瓜虽资质平平，却不乏大众审美对它的青睐。相反，榴莲虽有一众追随者，却也不乏厌恶者的嗤之以鼻。

做人亦是如此，甘于平庸，还是甘于冒险？我青睐于公司高层的决定，做一个西瓜堆中的榴莲。

做榴莲往往比做西瓜艰难得多，但回报也丰厚得多。《一个人的朝圣》中的主人翁几十年都是公司的一个小职员，整日在格子间做着平稳而又单调的工作。浑噩度日，朋友的飞来横祸把他从单调的生活中唤醒，他开始走在一个人朝圣的路上，在企图挽救朋友生命的同时，他也逐渐认识到了生命的真谛，他开始思考自己的梦想和信仰，而这些使他不再平庸。其实，从安稳中抽离出来也不算什么坏事。与他相同的还有19世纪最伟大的文学家、哲学家梭罗。一柄斧头，只身一人，1845年，梭罗放弃了高薪的职位，毅然走进了森林中无人居住的瓦尔登湖畔，自耕自足，潜心写作，最终著成了同名文集并轰动世界，而当时极力劝阻嘲笑他的同事早已被历史遗忘得一干二净了。面对安稳平凡的生活，梭罗做出了同样的选择，从西瓜堆中蜕变，即使有人冷语，有人嘲笑，终是成就了新的自己。

相反，我们生活中却又有那么多人安于平稳的生活，愿意做一个平凡的西瓜。《小王子》中忙于数星星的商人，执着于点灯的点灯人，从未出过门的地理学家„„他们在庸庸碌碌中忘却了自身的价值，隔绝了更加丰富多彩的世界。小王子说：“使沙漠如此美丽的，是隐藏在角落的一眼泉水”，而我们却往往因为惧怕干涸而做那默默无闻的一粒沙子。为什么有高考状元毕业后工作就业艰难？为什么“时间都去哪儿了”一遍遍被人们慨叹？其实，都是因为我们追求安稳，甘于平庸，忽略了发现自己的闪光点，变成了一堆平庸西瓜，在时光的裹挟下变得稀松平常而渐行渐远。

社会的艰辛，生活的磨难，总有办法将榴莲削成西瓜。我们要做的就是成为西瓜堆中的一个榴莲。即使有人冷眼嘲弄，也要勇于冒险，暂时抛弃了大众审美的青睐，走出的却是更加辉煌精彩的未来。

个性鲜明又何妨

读罢A型与B型车的调查，我不由地心生感慨：A型车靠平均分取胜，而B型车靠高分取胜的结果着实引人深思。

我认为，A型车犹如中庸之人，固然能博得多数人的青睐，但其特点不鲜明，也难以让人们生出追捧之心，而B型车，犹如个性鲜明之人，看似欢迎度不高，却能以其独特的特性抓住相当一部分人的心。所以，个性鲜明又何妨？无须迎合大众，只求有自己的一方天地便是安好。

个性鲜明地做自己，不为俗流所累，方可见真我。钱钟书先生成名后，仍坚持“静心求学”，拒绝一切采访，此乃先生之本性，而外界却对此多为诟病，将其视为“清高自甚者”“不堪入流”，然钱先生不为所动，这也让追随他的人坚定了求学要“心在焉”的决心。如此个性鲜明，自然会使热爱者与敌对者的阵营泾渭分明。但若如钱先生一样，不为他人的评判而失去本心，能保持真我，自然可得内心的淡定与从容。

反观时下，随着社会竞争的日趋激烈，为求一份安逸平稳，又有多少本个性鲜明的人们磨去了棱角，只为求得大众的认可，苟安于他人不冷不热的评判中。这样的境况实在可叹。

然并非凡中庸者皆为入流所迫，形势所趋者。有人天性即如此，不愿与世俗争个性，将一切繁华看尽，与世无争。如若这样，那便也是一种心之所向，个性所现罢了。

所以，个性鲜明的你如果是同那B型车一样，我想说，莫太在意外界评判，只争做更明亮的自己，让追随你的人越来越坚定便足矣。想必该公司高层的决定也是出于这个考虑吧。

纵观历史上的名人，多为个性鲜明之人。如狂傲不羁的楚霸王项羽，不为官场所累的陶潜，逍遥洒脱的李白，又如为爱而血溅桃花扇的香君。他们都一心只为做自己而不忌世俗乃至前人与来者的异样眼光。然热爱他们的人自有千千万。由此可见，个性鲜明并不妨碍被人们喜爱，而在这过程中，我们自身的价值也得以彰显。

有人曾说，美式教育与中式教育的根本区别在于，美式教育是取长，而中式教育是补短。这句话一语道破了中美教育的本质。而这两种教育的结果如何，世人皆有目共睹。那么，在人的塑造过程中到底该现其棱角锋芒，还是将其打磨为标准圆润的鹅卵石？

在我看来，突显自己的锋芒比当一颗鹅卵石更能体现自己人生的意义。

正如上述汽车公司高层所做出的决定一样，A型车受大众的认可，只因其是一颗适合大众握在手中的鹅卵石，平均分的领先并不能说明它的优秀。相反，B型车平均分虽偏低，却仍有相当部分人欣赏它锋芒棱角的人给予它满分的荣耀，而这些满分却足以证明它在某一特殊品性功能上的卓越。棱角的价值，由此可见一斑。

车是如此，人当然亦是如此。众所周知，美式教育多出怪才，马克·扎克伯格、比尔盖茨若在幼时被教育德智体美劳全方面发展，怕也无法拥有如今在科技领域的辉煌。

做学问更需无我之境。子曰：“有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎？”南怀瑾解，这个“朋”并非现实生活中的朋友，而是学问。一个人有无学问，不在他的知识有多广博，而看他能否始终带着一颗谦恭的心，从身边解悟真知。求学问，最看重的就是以无我为乐。苏格拉底什么都不知道，但他是最睿智的人，因为他摒弃人生来就难以摆脱的“有我”的虚荣心，行走在大街小巷，学而时习之，随时随地拾取智慧的果实。

“无我”并非“失我”。“倮虫”虽是“裸虫”，但仍是一个个体。世界之所以丰富多彩，也是因为个体的缤纷斑斓。“无我”是以自我进入世界，从而让世界进入自我，两相调和。只有保存鲜明的主观意识，多加思考，才能避免迷失在斑斓的色彩洪流中。

苏轼道，“我曾在赤壁之下泛舟畅游，那夜清风徐来，两岸秀丽风光令人心旷神怡。我仿佛已与自然融为一体，在天地中遨游，内心超脱而宁静。”一阵静寂后，苏子感慨道，“文人政客寄情山水，只因内心的失意落寞，我们哪个人的初衷是这山水美景。如此淡化自我，藏身于山水间，实在是无奈之举。”

辛弃疾长叹一声，“可惜心中有所牵挂，终是不能做到真正的逍遥无我。如此说来，前几日我遇到一人，他的作为向我诠释了另一番‘无我’的境界。此人面容憔悴，但神色坚定，口中吟道‘苟利国家生死以，岂因福祸避趋之’。看来此人是你我后辈中满心报国之人。”

苏轼听此十分开怀，“此人不计较个人利益安危，只图为国家为百姓谋福祉。如此淡化自身，融入于整个社会国家中，才是真正的无我啊！后辈之中有这般心怀天下之人，我心甚慰！”

辛弃疾亦是举杯相邀到，“自古往今，无数先人后辈，加上你我二人，都愿能实现自身理想，强化自我对于社会的作用，虽然结果各异，成功抑或失败，归隐或是不解奋斗。寄情山水还是心系百姓的无我，这都是我们努力追求后的结果，无悔于己心，无愧于天地。来，你我共饮此杯！”

明月高悬，清风拂过，两人举杯畅饮。

然而，对自我的过分强调，会造成偏执，会阻碍人前进的脚步。当一个人作出判断时，如果总是计较自己的宠辱得失，总是觉得事事与自己利害攸关，他就无法做出正确的判断，最终，“自我”会成为阻碍自己的羁绊。

历史固然会记住“犬儒”们的奇思妙想，但更会敬仰苏格拉底与天地精神相往来时言谈之中所渗透的大无畏精神；也许人们会为柳永缠绵的词句和细腻的个人情感所感动，但他的作品永远也不会像张孝祥那句“尽吸西江，细酌北斗，万象为宾客”那样带给人心灵的震撼；当今一些细腻多情的写手固然会赢得读者一时的喝彩，可他们永远也不可能像那个“把全人类的苦难当作我的苦难”的陀思妥耶夫斯基那样，用深邃的笔触带给人内心强烈的震撼。他们都有着过人的智慧，但前者与后者之间之所以高下立判，就在于前者没能走出自己狭小的天地，后者却抛开了“自我”，与天地精神，与全人类站在了一起。后者的世界，远比前者的宽广。

一个只顾自己地位与权势的人也许会成为政客，但他若不抛弃个人得失，就永远也不能称为政治家；一个只顾自己挣钱的人会因财富为人所艳羡，但他若不秉承强烈的社会责任感，就永远也不能称为企业家。然而，人们却热衷于为自己争取更多机会更多财富，在追名逐利之时忘记了这狭小的自我之外还有更为广阔的天空。

曾培育出众多杰出人士的无锡钱氏有一句家训“利在一身勿谋也，利在天下必谋之。”这句话告诉后人，不要因为自己的得失焦虑，要走向无我之境，为全社会、全人类谋利益。忘掉自己，心怀天下，把目光投向更高更远的地方，你才能飞向那雄奇壮阔的彼岸。

人生在世，张口闭口，我们总是围绕着 “我”这个字展开的。于是我们常常会产生这样的疑问：是“无我”还是“有我”，是淡化自我，还是强化自我？台湾作家刘继荣的女儿因乐观幽默、热心助人被深受同学欣赏。有人调侃她说，她快成为英雄了，她却坚定地说：“我想成为坐在路边鼓掌的人”。这是一种对自我的淡泊，是一种谦卑与奉献。试想人人都以自我为中心，争着做英雄，成焦点，博眼球，人与人间是否仍有平等的交流和关爱？人类还能否在自私自我的风气下进步？因此，淡化自我才是对人生价值的真正体现。

自古以来，便有“抛砖引玉”、“蓬荜生辉”这样的谦词，用以淡化自我，强化他人。莫言在荣获诺贝尔奖后平淡谦虚地说，自己与在讲台上被鲜花簇拥着的那个“得奖人”是剥离开的。面对荣誉和名利，他以旁观者的角度看待成功，淡化自我满足感，才能做到戒骄戒躁，继往开来。相比之下，孙杨在取得奥运冠军后狂妄地强调自我，认为自己的技术水平十分高超，甚至变得与师傅关系不和。这种强化自我引发的骄傲感将他推向舆论的风口浪尖。一个人若以自我为中心，很难在社会立足，有所成就。只有以“无我”这一种谦虚态度看待人生，才能获得长久成功。

无论是“最美司机”吴斌在生命的最后一刻仍心系乘客，用生命换来一车人的安全，还是“最美教师”在车撞来时纵身一跃，用自己的身体保护了学生，这都是一种“无我”之美的体现。正如一则寓言所说，如果人人都自私地偷偷地用一勺清水换走池中的牛奶，第二天全镇的人都会发现，原本的一池牛奶竟变成了满是清水的池塘。“奉献”是亘古不变的话题。唯有心系他人淡化自我，肯做“在路边鼓掌的人”，奉献自己，社会才会进步。“无我”是一种奉献精神。

爱因斯坦将“相对论”的手稿拍卖所筹来的钱，全部奉献出用于反法西斯战争，自己却一直节俭朴素；南丁格尔出身名门，本可远离战乱，却牺牲自我深入战争前线救死扶伤。无数伟人淡化自己这个“小我”，突出世界这个“大我”，身负世界和平的重任，才换来光明的今天。“无我”是一种社会责任感，惩恶扬善，推动时代进步与发展。

我并不反对“有我”，因为脱离自我意识，人的存在没有价值。但“无我”是一种谦虚的态度、奉献精神和责任感，是时代发展的动力。因此，让我们适当淡化“自我”，做一个“在路边鼓掌的人”。

“无我”还是“有我”

人的一生不免面对“无我”还是“有我”的拷问，但我会选择“无我”。

“我”的强化便是“有我”，是一种以自我为中心的自私；“我”的淡化便是“无我”和“忘我”，是一种“舍小我”的无私。我认为我们则要学着去探寻“无我”的境界，可以使我们摆脱怠惰、浮躁、自私将自己投身于某个领域。

舍小为大的“无我”精神如春风般滋润大地，给世界带来希望。“无我”的无私带给别人帮助，美化自己心灵。周总理舍小我将自己投身于中国的民族事业中，造福千千万万的中国人民，自己却倒在自己日日夜夜工作的案台上。董存瑞、黄继光舍小我将生命播撒在中国大地上，保卫亿万华夏儿女，自己却长眠于土地中。菊美多吉——甘孜州道孚县瓦日乡原党委副书记、乡长，舍“小我”将精力全部放在四川人民的生活上，解决学生的读书问题、村中人们的就业问题，自己却因脑瘤未及时救治而结束年仅三十三岁的生命。是“无我”的精神让他们将注意力放在他们的毕生信仰上，让他们忘记自己的利益，以他人的担忧为担忧，以他人的幸福为幸福。

舍小为大的“无我”精神如太阳般照亮世界，给人们带来生的希望。还记得2008年5月12日那场大地震吗？还记得那一抹抹绿色吗？人民解放军用生命与死神做抗争，争夺最佳的72小时营救时间，在死亡线上“忘我”地抢夺一条条鲜活的生命。他们早已忘记自己的伤痛，忘记自己体力的透支，忘记自己的安危，当余震来临时他们不愿意躲闪，挣脱众人高喊着“让我再救一个人吧！”，那种“无我”的精神给了多少汶川人生的希望，给了多少人灾难后重新站起来的信心。

不断强化“我”的人是自私的，应该遭到唾弃。近期故宫太和殿前的铸铁香炉上刻着“梁齐齐到此一游”的字迹，这种将“自我”快乐建立在损害别人、损害子孙利益基础上的行为是多么卑鄙！这种“自我”的人难道不应该接受道德和舆论的惩罚吗？

“我”是一个在地图上难以确定坐标的单位，“我”这个词太狭隘，我们倒不妨将“我”融在中国的土地上，以“无我”的精神置身于社会之中。许多人死后将自己的墓地建得宏伟炫丽，试图将“我”以这种形式留给世人，可对于这个世界他的“自我”还是渺小的，在历史的长河中会逐渐被人遗忘的。所以我们应该以“无我”的精神去奉献，去帮助别人，实现精神的常驻和永存。
