我很荣幸有机会加入xxxx，并且有幸接触到xxxx项目。所以我衷心感谢公司领导对我的信任与栽培，我深知这个机会来之不易，自从加入xxxx目，我努力学习，虚心接受领导和同事的意见，严格要求自己，在工作上认真细心，踏实勤奋，及时与领导同事沟通工作中的问题。积累了一定的工作经验，取得了很大的进步。

回顾xxxx项目这半年的情况，从刚开始项目工作的举步维艰，处处碰壁，到项目进展工程中遇到各种技术问题，在项目部各个领导，各个部门的通力协作下，努力克服各方面的困难，在年底完成了标准层的风管主管，水管主管，以及各栋楼水管立管、风管立管以及地下室通风排烟的吊装工作，取得了一定的成绩，但这其中同时暴露出很多问题，需要我们努力克服、解决。

首先，项目部一定要统一思想，有共同的目标并为之努力奋斗。起初各项工作进展困难，很大一部分原因就是项目部刚刚组建，各部门之间不熟悉，默契不够，没有形成统一战线，当然，这个问题在公司领导的协调指挥下，随着工程的进展，得到了很好的解决。我相信，xxxx项目部已经是一个成熟的项目部，只要在各位领导的带领下，各部门认真工作，努力配合，及时沟通，明年的工作一定会进展的更加顺利。

其次，各部门之间一定要职责明确，责任落实到人。我作为一名员工，一定要履行自己的职责，积极主动、认真高效、保质保量的完成领导下达的任务，有问题及时与领导沟通，提高解决问题的能力。做到今日事今日毕，并且努力协助各部门领导同事做好全面工作。

最后，工作要有计划。预则立，不预则废，因为没有计划就没有方向，没有方向的工作就会一塌糊涂，一事无成。工作中要结合各部门情况，明确哪些事与别的部门联系紧密，哪些事比较独立；哪些事紧迫，哪些事暂缓一下也不会影响整个项目进度。把工作做整体规划，好的计划是成功的开始。

以上就是我工作半年来的一些感悟，尽管在这半年的工作中我接触到了许多新的事物，学习到了许多新知识、新经验，使自己在思想认识和工作能力上有了一定的提高与完善，但是我知道，作为一名职场新人，我自身还存在着许多的缺点与不足，在今后的工作中，我一定会更加严格要求自己，虚心学习，努力拼搏，争取取得更大的进步。

对公司2014年发展的几点建议：

1.技术部需要一位资深的暖通专业技术工程师。因为石总已经到了退休的年龄，尽管身体依旧健康，但不可能再长期呆在工地一线工作，公司在这方面没有后备人才，对公司的长期发展会有所不利。篇二：暖通工程师个人工作总结 个人工作总结 本人××，自1988年7月毕业于宜昌市分乡职业高中，主要从事中央空调工程、通排风工程、净化空调工程、给排水及电气方面的安装工程项目的施工管理工作和施工项目工程技术工作，在当时知识、经济、技术比较落后的情况下，凭借二十一年的工作实践经验和学习，以及对相应专业的进修学习，现已熟练掌握采暖通风、管道工程、电气工程的安装工程基础知识和专业知识，对机电系统的安装调试有相当的专业知识和实践经验，在工作中我刻苦钻研，不断探索，努力学习专业技术知识，在对科技创新和技术进步倾注了满腔热情。经多年努力，积累了较丰富的技术和管理经验，取得了可喜的工作成绩，并迅速成长为一个具有较强专业技能的技术员负责人和管理人员。

以下是本人多年来所从事的主要的采暖通风，给排水及电气方面机电安装工作的总结：

一、重视思想政治的学习，发挥积极作用

先德后才，这是做人做事的基本前提，政治思想上，严格要求自己，服从组织安排，认真执行组织决议，积极参加单位组织的各项活动，虚心学习，注意在实践中改正自己的缺点，弥补自身弱点。我坚持认真学习马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观等的学习，不断提高自己，充实自己，构筑个人正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，廉洁自律，自觉远离社会各种不良现象与活动。学习党的路线、方针、政策及决议，坚持实事求是，不断提高自己的政治思想觉悟与水平，在工作中坚决拥护党的利益，每天都密切关注国内、国外的重大新闻和事件，关心和学习国家时事政治，把党的政治思想和方针应用于工程建设中。

二、在工作岗位上，保持良好工作态度、认真领导完成各项工作任务。

在注重培养思想品德的同时，也不忘注意个人修养和职业道德的培养和提高。我始终坚持学习有关建设工程施工等方面的法律、法规、规章、制度和规范、标准，做到忠于职守、奉公守法、廉洁自律、勤奋工作，不断努力提高自己的工作质量。本人一向谦虚好学、钻研业务、勇于奉献，工作认真负责、责任心强，具有良好的职业道德，能够严格按照“诚信、守法、公正、科学”的原则开展进行建筑工程施工技术和管理工作。能够敬岗爱业、遵纪守法，工作上踏踏实实，勤勤恳恳，一丝不苟;生活上助人为乐，团结友爱，关心他人。服从领导安排，积极完成领导交给的各项任务，能够带领团队，团结一致，发挥集体的智慧和力量，共同投入到工作事业中。能够积极指导和带领刚工作的同志，使他们时刻感觉到有人关心与爱护，尽快转变角色投入工作中去，并督促他们不断提高自己业务水平，尽快、更好地胜任本职工作。在工作中我向虚心向有经验的老前辈等请教，通过网络学习，参加各种继续教育活动以及专家讲座，不断更新限有的知识，不断提升自己的专业技术水平。

三、主要工作业绩

在项目一线工作中，我负责公司与项目的管理和技术工作。能把学习的理论知识和实际操作充分结合，在水电施工、中央空调的安装维护调试运行、以及暖通、消防工程的检查验收工作中，严格按照规范、设计要求顺利投入使用。我通过工作以来不断的接触与之相关的很多技术问题，以及新设备的安装与应用，每当遇到问题，我都习惯性通过自己思考钻研，再查阅相关资料，或是想现场有经验的工程师们虚心请教，直到解决问题为止，同时加强多土建装饰装修、结构的学习，保证设备顺利安装运行的前提是与建筑结构相协调。我从暖通工作的技术的起步的阶段，不断加强专业知识学习，经过多年的历练，已经成长为暖通工程技术骨干。1、2000年我被宜昌西武暖通设备有限公司派遣在 ××项目部从事施工技术工作，任职暖通施工员。该工程包含了建筑电气安装工程，建筑给排水工程，消防报警、普消、自消，中央空调工程，建筑智能系统，是一个综合性很强的建筑项目。在该项目施工过程中我首次接触到了各种建筑安装工程的材料、设备。对于当时刚从事暖通工作的我来说简直就是进入了一个完全陌生的领域，在这个项目我努力学习施工技术，充实自己的技术根底，渐渐地学习到了一些施工现场经验，例如：各种设备的运输、吊装、就位、调试；各种管线、管道的现场布置；各个专业工种的协调；与装修专业的配合。同时也参与实际操作，以便自己更多更好的了解施工工艺、流程，为以后自己独立开展工作打下了很好的基础。在该工程中，我也参加中央空调工程的设计工作，在设计的指导下，如何进行负荷计算；通风管道的设计；风机盘管、新风机、主机、冷却等设备的选型。从以前的书本知识转为实际知识。在该工程中还负责各种工程验收、隐蔽、报建技术资料收集、填报等。

2、经过经验的积累和技术的不断成长，在宜昌西武暖通设备有限公司领导的信任和支持下，2002年至2005年从施工员成长为施工技术员，先后担任×× ×× ××项目技术工作，在××（有中央空调的项目）项目担任中央空调工程安装技术负责人。该工程采用法国的西亚特冰蓄冷中央空调，与一般的空调相比要复杂的多，我很高兴参加到这个项目中，该中央空调工程作用比一般的要更能节约能耗；其特点就是：有许多蓄冰池利用夜间人员稀少时把制冷量储存起来，到第二日中午人员集中的时候释放出来；从而达到减少能量损耗节约电力的目的；但该系统的初投资比一般的中央空调工程要高很多。由于整个安装空间，安装面积很大。室内管网特长，我建议提高管网的坡度，在管网的最低点设置排水阀门，更利于排水；增加管道伸缩节，提高管网的
