龙场中学2013-2014学年下学期 八、九年级数学教学工作 ——王家武

本学期我担任八年级(7)班、九（5）班数学教学工作，为适应新时期教学工作的要求，本人从各方面严格要求自己，认真钻研新课标理念，改进教法，认真对待工作中的每一个细节，结合本班学生的实际情况，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。为总结过去，挑战明天，更好地干好今后的工作，现将本学期本人的的教学工作做一简要小结：

一、业务学习方面：

加强学习,提高思想认识,树立新的理念.坚持学习新课程,构建新课程,尝试新教法的,不断更新教学观念。注重把学习新课程标准与构建新理念有机的结合起来。通过学习新的《课程标准》,认识到新课程改革既是挑战,又是机遇。将理论联系到实际教学工作中,解放思想,更新观念,丰富知识,提高能力,以全新的素质结构接受新一轮课程改革浪潮的“洗礼”。

二、教学方面：

教学工作是学校各项工作的中心,一学期来,在坚持抓好新课程理念学习和应用的同时,我积极探索教育教学规律,充分运用学校现有的教育教学资源,大胆改革课堂教学,教学中渗透相关法制教育，加大新型教学方法使用力度,取得了明显效果,具体表现在:

1、做好课前准备工作。备课深入细致,除认真钻研教材，研究教材的重点、难点、关键，吃透教材外，还深入了解学生，根据的学生学习能力和接受能力拟定了课堂上的辅导、教学方案，使课堂教学中的辅导有针对性，避免盲目性，提高了实效。

2、提高上课技能，提高教学质量。针对初一年级学生特点,坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点, 突破难点。让讲解清晰化，准确化，条理化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主体作用，让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上老师尽量讲得少，学生动口动手动脑尽量多；同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次学生的学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。

3、认真批改作业，布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。在设置作业中，仔细阅读教材，搜集资料，对各种辅助资料进行筛选，力求每一次练习都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出及时反馈，针对作业中的问题确定个别辅导的学生，并对他们进行及时的辅导。

4、做好课后辅导工作，注意分层教学。在课后，为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊端，同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导，并不限于学习知识性的辅导，更重要的是学习思想的辅导，努力提高后进生的成绩。经过一个学期的努力，一部分同学成绩有所提高，在本学期期中考试中我所任教的班级也取得了较好的成绩。存在的不足是，学生的知识结构还不是很完整，还必需进行加强和训练。

5、考前复习中要认真研究与整理出考试要考的知识点,重难点,要重点复习的题目类型

难度、深度。这样复习时才有的放矢,复习中什么要多抓多练,什么可暂时忽略,这一点很重要,会直接影响复习效果与成绩。另外还要抓好后进生工作,后进生会影响全班成绩与平均分,所以要花力气使大部分有希望的后进生跟得上。例如在课堂上,多到他们身边站一站,多问一句,课后,对他们的不足及时帮助,使他们感受到老师的关心,从而能够主动学习。

6、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动,不断汲取他人的宝贵经验,提高自己的教学水平。向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次,学习他人的先进教学方法。

三、渗透法制方面：

教学中渗透《中华人民共和国计划生育法》、《环境保护法》、《噪声污染法》等法制教育，提高学生的法律意识，教学过程中结合相关知识渗透法制教育，让学生懂得一些基本的法律法规。

四、工作中存在的问题： 1、教材挖掘不深入。

2、教法不够灵活,不能总是吸引学生学习,对学生的引导、启发不足。

3、新课标下新的教学思想学习不深入。对学生的自主学习, 合作学习, 缺乏理论指导。

4、后进生的辅导不够,由于对学生的基础知识掌握情况了解不够,对学生的学习态度、思维能力不太清楚。上课和复习时该讲的都讲了,学生掌握的情况怎样,教师心中也知道,有的学生只是做表面文章,“出工不出力”

5、教学反思不太理想。

五、今后努力的方向：

1、加强学习,学习新课标下新的教学思想。

2、学习新课标,挖掘教材,进一步把握知识点和考点。3、多听课,学习同科目教师先进的教学方法和教学理念。4、加强转差培优力度。5、加强教学反思,加大教学投入。

2014-2014学年第一学期八九年级工作总结

2014—2015学第一学期教育教学工作即将结束，为了不断提高教学质量，胜任今后的教育教学工作，提高自身素质，促进学生全面健康发展，现将一年来工作总结如下。

一、思想政治工作：

1、坚持政治学习，以十七大精神和“三个代表”、的重要思想为指导，认真贯彻落实学校“团结敬业，乐于奉献，自我加压，追求卓越”的办学思想。

2、认真贯彻市教育局、工作例会精神，进行自查，开展批评与自我批评，揭摆自身不足，并积极整改，提高管理水平，树立服务意识。

3、加强教师师德师风建设，认真落实学校“抓教风，带学风，促校风”的德育工作思路。

4、建立健全年级管理体制。实行学校、年级双向考核的考核机制，进一步加大年级管理力度。

二、教育教学工作：

1、加强年段内教师的交流合作，形成全员育人，健康向上的工作环境。加大业务、专业理论的学习，2、通过班会、主题团队活动，加强对学生的日常行为养成教育、安全教育、心理健康教育等，使学生从小事做起，从我做起，使学生逐步养成健康向上的个性品质。各班充分利用黑板报进行爱国主义、集体主义、教育法规政策、拒绝零食进班级等宣传。

3、以培养学生的学习习惯、激发学生的学习兴趣、指导学生的学习方法为主，促成学生良好学习习惯的养成教育，进行学习方法专题讲座，加强教师业务能力，努力提高课堂效率，切实做好防差、转差工作，（建立转差档案，把转差工作落实到课堂教学当中）。实施转差“三级”管理，做到“四有”（有计划、有目的、有安排、有措施）。

4、关心学生生活，加大对学生就餐的指导和教育，培养学生良好的生活、卫生习惯。树立学生财产保护意识、安全防范意识，各班根据学校相关规定制定本班财产保护法，用身边的人，身边的事对学生进行安全教育宣传，坚决杜绝一例不安全事故发生。

5、加强学校与家庭的联系，结合期中考试召开家长会，进行家访工作，加强思想不稳定学生的思想教育，及时向家长了解、汇报学生思想、学习、生活等情况，切实落实家校联系渠道，努力形成了学校、家庭协调配合、共同育人的良好局面。

三、年级组管理工作：

1、严格执行学校各项决策，顾全大局，统筹兼顾，认真做好学校与教师之间的桥梁作用，保证学校政令畅通。积极参加各种管理学习。牢固树立“寓管理于服务，通过服务体现管理”的服务意识，力争使管理工作做到公正、公平。

2、进一步加强年级与各处室的配合工作，认真完成学校、各处室安排的各项任务。

3、加强班主任的工作责任心、工作方法及思路的指导与学习，树立班主任“手勤、腿勤、口勤”的“三勤”服务意识。加大教师工作纪律性、服务意识、团结协作精神的树立。

四、今后的打算：

1、认真贯彻学校各项政策、措施，加大年级组管理力度，认真配合学校、各处室完成各项任务。牢固树立服务师生的意识。

2、加强常规管理，提高教学质量，加大教师职业道德规范的力度，树立“教学是学校的中心工作，质量是学校的生命线”的意识，重视教育、教学研究，努力提高课堂教学效果，力争超额完成学校下达的教学目标。
