第一篇：托业总结

新东方托业990的那本单词书不错，要拿高分，上面的单词必须要认识。新东方托业990词汇那本说，绝对是鸡肋，强烈建议不要买。

刚考完托业，虽然刚过900，但是考完以后还是有很多心得的。考前在大家网上看了很多人分享的资料和考试心得，大为受用。

所以，现在也把我个人关于托业的各种经验全部整理如下，希望能对大家有所帮助。下面贴出一部分，想看整篇文章的请回复后下载。

托业的基本常识和考托业有什么用，我就不介绍了，想了解的可以上网搜一下。做完一套模拟型有个大致了解之后，再看我这篇攻略会比较好。我这里主要从备考策略，各题型解题技巧，考场面来谈谈托业考试的心得。

新托业全真模拟试题集 2（6套题）韩国YBM公司主编 机械工程出版社 新托业题库本领书（5套题）PS： 1.托业与托福不同，没有真正的official guide，以上几本书虽然都说自己是官方的，但其实并非版。托业也没有历年真题，只有模拟题。

2.因为从07年开始实行“新托业考试”，所以大家买书的时候一定要买写有“新托业”字样的书，一业”的书都是旧托业考试的书。（或者通过看是否是07年以后出版来判断是否为新托业辅导书）3.前三本书全是模拟题。最后一本新托业题库本领书前半部分是听力技巧和必考语法20条详解，后套模拟题。

4.YBM公司出的托业书都是几个韩国人编的，但已经翻译成中文了，这个大家不用担心。

5.推荐以上几本是因为总体来说这几本书难度和考试比较接近（稍微难一点）。做模拟题远比做单项解题技巧要有效得多。6.强烈建议大家不要买韩国人主编，人大出版的新托业听力、阅读、语法和词汇详解及实战试题这三然有很多人推荐，但个人认为这几本书难度都很高，确切地说题目都出得很变态。这些题与托业考符，做多了不仅浪费时间，而且扰乱思路。很多人觉得这几本书关于解题技巧的讲解很好，我基本遍，表面上很有道理，真正考试时能用上的很少。我把我觉得书中有用的技巧还有时间安排都穿插略里了，所以只要买韩国人编的模拟卷就行，难度设置还比较好。（就是上面列的第三，第四本）7.还有就是由Lin Lougheed主编，科学出版社还出版了《新托业官方指南》（1）、（2）、（3），难度依次递增的书，但即使是最难的那本也想当弱智，对于深谙考试之道的中国学生来说，根本没只要买他编的模拟题就好。（就是第一本）

8.第一本和第二本书答案讲解是全英文的，所以语法部分可能讲得不是很清楚。想强化语法的同学可本和第四本，答案是中文的，语法结构分析得比较清楚。

文章，不管怎样都获得了一些有用的信息和启发。分数也不牛逼，准备时间也不短，但希望可以对于像我一样底子薄弱的人可以有些帮助。

还有一点要说明，这篇文章里说的大部分内容都是针对应试的，这样去学习，主要目的就是为了考试，并不能从根本上帮助你增长英语水品。所以有时间的同学还是建议你们每天花点时间，日积月累的，真真提高英语水品。

好了，言归正传。我用的教材是人大的阅读，听力，6套模拟题。

首先说下听力吧，我第一次做托业听力的时候大概错了30个，有点郁闷，但并没在意，因为已经半年完全没看英语了，所以这个结果也算情理之中，因为本身底子就不好。

我当时是这样听的，早上按考试时间听一篇，然后对答案，下午的时候精听，把每个单词，每个句子都听懂，然后过2到3天，找一个晚上的时间脱离题目，再把听力原文听一次。每套题都是这样循环。

下面说下听力过程中要重点注意的问题： 1．

不管你开始的时候一篇文章做完之后错多少个，你一定要有信心，因为经过将近一个月的时间，你的听力水平肯定是可以提高的，所以一定要有信心。并且经过我参加考试后的经验发现，真题的听力并不难，也可以说很简单。

2．关于精听过程中的问题，有些地方听不懂，我不会反复听很多次，基本上我最多听5次，如果还是听不懂，我会放弃听懂这个单词，而是把这个没听懂的单词或词组的发音记下来，这点应该不难吧，大家的听力都没问题，肯定能听见，能模仿。为什么要这么做呢？因为后来我发现托业考试是一个针对性很强的考试，他不会像cet6那样，什么样的内容都涉及到，大部分都是一些基本的商务上的，公司里的用语，所以重复出现的单词或词组的概率很大。针对这些没听懂的地方，你把发音记下来，就相当于在你脑子里留了一个印象，留下了一个痕迹，但下次再出现这个词的时候，就可以条件反射的得到汉语意思。如果你没这么做，那么可能遇到这样情形，你在考试的时候听到这个词了，你思考了几秒钟想起来了这个词的意思，但这个时候听力还在照常进行，你之后的几秒钟的听力内容缺被忽略了，严重影响答题。所以平时在练习的时候，一定要注意积累这样的盲点，前面说到的晚上复习听力的阶段，也是为了重温盲点，扫除盲点。

3．Part 1和Part 3比较简单（个人认为，练习到后来的感觉），所以讲下针对part 2 和part 4的经验。

其中，p2的经验主要是从人大教材上学来的，感觉还可以，虽然有些东西肯定用不到，但说了总比没说强，所以可以去看下人大教材里的讲解。说下考试经验，我在考试中，第一道题没听懂，轻敌了，所以严重影响了后面几部分的考试，所以大家可以从中吸取经验教训：从第一道题开始就鼓足精神，认真去听；如果有听不懂的，千万要放弃，不能为了一棵树放弃一片森林，千万要放弃，在练习的时候可以练习放弃--。

P4的话书上说什么不用选原文出现的答案，要选同意变换的，其实我觉得不然，其实到后来，有些p4的文章，我也是听不懂，但基本都能选对，我总结了下，为什么会有这个效果，第一个原因就是在听原文的时候，一定要注意从整体把握，大概明白文章在说什么，还一定要注意说话人的语气，有的时候一些题目完全可以从说话人的语气中选出正确答案；第二就是可以采用“2点确定一条直线的”的方法。具体是这样的，在做文章之前，争取先看一下题目，找到题干跟选项的关键词，在听原文的过程中，注意听提干的关键词，在这个词的前后，如果出现了选项里的关键词，那正确答案基本就是这个选项了，个人觉得这个办法很好用，特别是在不能完全听懂文章的时候，大家可以尝试着去感受一下。（以上这些方法同样适用于p3，至于p1的方法，人大教材里已经说的很具体了，大家自己体会吧）

4.还有一点也说下吧，就是一定要提前看听力原文，我是按照人大教材介绍的顺序去看，感觉还可以。有些地方可以利用的，比如发下卷子之后，虽然卷子是封的，但你可以从底下掀起来看到最下面的题，也会帮你省时间，老师是不会管的，只要你别直接撕开。还有就是，做每套题的时候，要严格按照考试的时间来做，每次都认真对待，集中注意力快速扫题干跟选项，平时注意练习，这个能力也是可以提高的，比如只看题干的第一个疑问词，大写的词，跟时间等，选项中前半部分重复的地方，就掠过，不要读，记住不要读，因为之前是在用眼睛扫，而不是读，读的话浪费时间，用眼睛跟脑子扫，完全可以达到预期效果。（这些练习题的听力题干跟选项普遍偏长，所以大家在练习的时候如果读不完也不要紧，只要你用心去练了，可以集中的读，考试的时候一定可以读完）5.听力差的人考前前20天建议每天都听2套题左右，这样可以让耳朵熟悉，很管用。

下面说下阅读部分：

每天上午对完听力答案之后，按考试时间做一套阅读，上午有时间的话可以对对答案，如果没时间就等下午精听听力后，认真分析错题。

1．我看过几篇人大语法跟词汇的书，但到真正考试的时候发现part5 6 很简单，不像练习里的那么难，所以大家可以考虑不用看那个书，因为太难了，没用，反倒浪费时间。不过你可以看下那本书之前的讲解，跟最后的一部分，叫什么“20天突破什么的”难度还可以，如果你底子不错，完全可以不看那本书，只需要把模拟题的p5 6弄明白就行。这两部分要拿满分很难，但想丢太多分也同样很难。

2．关于p7,真正的考试也很简单，但模拟题里的文章有点难了，而且有些分析的跟放屁一样，完全没作用，有的分析让你莫不着头脑，所以在做阅读那本书的时候，大家不用太较真，可以把那本书当做一个练习时间的书，有些问题错了，看了讲解之后还不懂的话，就可以不用管他了。但做模拟题的那6套的时候，希望你可以弄懂每一道错题，要知道为什么错了，怎么错的，正确答案跟错误答案之间有什么区别，正确答案是怎么被隐藏的等等。久而久之，就能有很大的提升。

3．在练习阅读的过程中，有时间的话可以把一些生词记下来，每天复习一下前面几天的单词，循环下去。个人觉得这个考试不用单独去花时间背单词，只需要把做过的题中的生词有选择的记下来就可以了。

4．我在练习的时候，几乎每次都有一些题明明会，但就是选错了，分析后发现，基本这样的题多是出现在我没把整篇文章看完就选择的情况下，所以针对这个问题，我以后不管文章长短，简单或是难，我都把文章看完，这样做可以让你至少少错2到3个题目。特别是最后的double reading 一定要看完文章，做题速度还可以的话，一定要看完每篇文章。

5．从练习开始，每次都要严格控制时间，留出5-10分钟涂卡，特别是在冬天，没暖气的考场里涂卡是挺浪费时间的，不过大家也别太担心，真正考试比模拟题简单，考试的时候我提前20多分钟就答完了。所以大家一定要有信心。

Ok，说了那么多，可能有点乱，因为是第一次写这样的东西，加上本来自身的文学修养就不够，所以还请大家见谅。

再强调几点，模拟题比真题难，可以说难的多，所以你们一定要有信息；每次练习都要做到3点：控制时间；全神贯注；认真总结。

好了，就写到这吧，因为是半个月前考的，现在有点忘了，等想起来什么再补充。大家有什么问题可以留言，我会尽量回复。（感觉针对一个简单、很多人裸考的考试写这么多有点尴尬，没办法，谁让我底子差，谁让我不是牛人呢--）CDAEECACEE 5.29刚考完，在论坛也算混了半个多月了，虽然复习的时间很短，但是还是把自己的经验分享给大家。首先说明下，已经放下英语三年多了，这次由于一位朋友热情推荐同时觉得自己也要回顾下英语，所以才临时抱佛脚突击了一下考试。觉得论坛的内容还是很多的，基本囊括所有市面上的复习资料了，而且种类颇多，同学们可以多多利用。由于复习的时间不是很长，所以总共也没做很多题目。因此推荐的数目仅仅是自己做过的，如果大家觉得有更好的选择可以不拘泥于此。

总体来说，考试的难易程度和新托业官方指南标准试卷相当，所以，大家可以根据此标准来作为复习的基础。

首先，听力部分。平时一定要多听，坚持45分钟不间断得做题，即使过程中碰到不会或者没听清楚的题目也不要多想，题目和题目之间的间隔时间不长，不足以让你把思路理清，也不足以负担一个开小差的时间，所以一定要专心也要学会放弃。坚持在读direction的时间里看PART3/4的题目，看懂题目和问题对于后面正式的做题有很重大的意义。如果做《新托业官方指南标准试卷》的听力很少有问题的话，那可以尝试论坛里的《新托业听力详解及实战试题》，这本包含14套的听力试题，不过难度较大，适合希望听力能考高分的同学尝试，而且书前面关于听力时间的规划安排还是讲的蛮合理的，可以借鉴。如果觉得标准样卷只有两套太少，还可以做人大版的《SUPERB ELITE2》，这个难易程度也和考试差不多。其次，词汇与语法题。这部分我由于很生疏，所以算练得比较多了（建议在20分钟以内完成）。我一共做了《新托业官方指南标准试卷》、《SUPERB ELITE2》（就是那个人大版的）、《新托业全真题库PART5、6》、《新托业语法和词汇详解及实战试题》中的大部分题目。考试程度和第一本书类似，可能更低一点（不过这也不一定，看到有论坛同学说考试是一年简单一年难的，不清楚啊），后三本书适合想提高的同学，虽然最后我也没有背每本书后面的附录词汇，但是我认为如果真的有同学认真背完词汇的话，基本可以藐视PART5/6的题目了。

然后，阅读部分。在复习的时候一定要严格控制时间，每次练习都要控制在规定时间内完成（很多参考书都推荐在50分钟内完成）这样在正式考试时才不会手忙脚乱。我认为这次的考试阅读还是比官方指南的样题难点的，程度和《SUPERB ELITE2》差不多（不过这只是个人观点），所以建议平时复习以《SUPERB ELITE2》和《新托业全真题库PART7》为主，这个我认为有较大参考性。论坛里还有《新托业阅读详解及实战试题》，这个只建议想考高分的同学稍微练习，难度有点大，很多题目都要绕几个弯。我一开始复习时没注意，做了大概13套吧，每套题错误量都有点大，丧失信心啊，后来看了论坛里一位同学分享的经验才恍然大悟，转战其他参考资料。

最后，推荐《新托业官方指南标准试卷》（这个虽然答案也是全英文，但是都能看懂）、《SUPERB ELITE2》（1没来得及做，不过看论坛里有同学说程度和2差不多，有时间的同学可以做一下；论坛里2的版本有几份缺页，不过不是太影响）、《新托业全真题库》（虽然里面的插图有点傻，不过还是有很详细的答题分析说明；这本书里面还有专门的考试概率分析，不过个人觉得不是很有作用）、《新托业听力/语法和词汇/阅读详解及实战试题》（这个仅仅是推荐那些想考很高分的同学，毕竟这套书的难度有点大）。

用书为本论坛下载《听力本领全书》 该书听力部分口音较重 需要仔细、认真钻研

一不留神主要信息就错过了

有时 反复听几遍还是听不出其中连读 弱读 略读的部分

所以个人感觉这本书对听力的提高非常有帮助

使用时一定要认真对待

同时 里面还有一些小技巧 特别是针对听力的Part1 比如 现在进行时和完成时的区别

新托业考试指南（3）难度+++ Lin Lougheed编 机械出版社

这本书也是论坛中下载

个人感觉非常简单

听力非常清晰

口音不重 基本没有

所以对听力的提高不大

只选择长对话做练习其他的舍掉

《题库本领书》

听力部分与《听力本领书》风格一致

提高不少

第三天

模拟题 韩国人写的共做4套听力

听完 本领书上的听力再来听这本书后 顿时感觉神清气爽 紧锁的眉头终于展开

这模拟题一共有两本书 共12套

个人认为这两本书上的听力与实际考试中的听力相似

发音、语速方面基本无差

最重要的一点

听力时一定不要分心 45+分钟的时间一定要集中精力和注意力

训练的不仅是听力水平

还要训练自己的注意力和精力

2个小时200道题目对人的耐心、精力都是一种挑战，如果你在平日训练的过程中能够坚持下来甚至在做完一整套题目之后还能心平气和不烦不燥

那么你离成功不远了！

这三天对我来说是高强度的训练

除了睡觉、吃饭之外 耳朵上一直挂着耳机

除了英语就是英语

没有其他

所以心里难免生出厌烦

可是想到那将近四百块钱

别的同学提早准备 再想到别人的高分 即使再烦还是要做！

在练习的过程中

我通常以一上午、一下午为单位来计算自己精力集中的时间，所以就锻炼出考试当天的坚持和高度精力集中。考完之后一直犯困，下午还有家教。晚上十点挨到床上就睡了，很累。

建议同学们不要像我一样临时抱佛脚，高强度冲刺身体会受不了的。我的体质本来就属于易上火的，考试当天眼睛出麦粒肿 又疼又痒 现在还肿着呢。而且 英语本来就是需要积累 坚持练习的。

写这个只是给大家单纯的推荐几本书，无他。

第二篇：托业考试

托业考试心得（930分；人大教材；6级500分水平，20天复习）

首先说下，写这个东西只有一个目的，就是回馈下社会，因为当初考的时候看了很多文章，不管怎样都获得了一些有用的信息和启发。分数也不牛逼，准备时间也不短，但希望可以对于像我一样底子薄弱的人可以有些帮助。
